Individual Counseling

Our individual counseling sessions target challenges related to Anxiety, Depression, Relationships, Low Self-Esteem, Stress, and Unresolved Trauma.  Each individual counseling session will conclude with self -reflection exercises assigned in the form of journal prompts, podcast review, guided meditations, affirmations reading, music and expressive arts. The purpose of the self-reflection exercises is to reinforce the knowledge gained in session and practice skill development.
