Self-esteem is central to good mental and physical health, while self-dislike degrades health and performance. When you struggle with the way you view and value yourself, this can contribute to depression, anxiety, stress, poor communication and dependency. Individuals with healthy self-esteem tend to engage in healthy behaviors such as being friendlier, more expressive, self-trusting and trusting of others, and less troubled by inner problems and criticism.
Our R.I.S.E. (Reinvent Indestructible Self-Esteem) program is dedicated to supporting individuals in cultivating healthy self-esteem. Individual sessions will focus on, but are not limited to:
